Queenshine Electricals
Queenshine Electricals is a fully licensed, Clean Energy Council accredited solar and electrical contracting firm based in Bray Park, Queensland, offering premium solar arrays, Tier-1 home batteries, EV charging, air conditioning, and complete electrical contracting services across the state. As the company grew and expanded its service offerings, their existing website no longer reflected the scale, credibility, and technical expertise the business had built — and it was underperforming as a lead-generation tool in a highly competitive solar and electrical market.
Queenshine needed a complete website redesign that could immediately establish trust with homeowners considering a major investment in solar or battery storage, while clearly showcasing their full range of services, licenses, and accreditations. The site also needed to actively convert visitors into leads, not just present information — a critical requirement in a services industry where customers often compare multiple quotes before committing. We redesigned the site from the ground up with a bold, energy-themed hero section featuring a solar-to-teal gradient and trust indicators like star ratings and “Trusted by 1000+ People.” We restructured the site around clear service categories (Solar Panels, Solar Inverters, Battery Storage, EV Chargers, Air Conditioning, and more), added prominent licensing and accreditation badges (CEC Accredited, QLD Electrical License, QBCC License), and built a custom Instant Solar & Battery ROI Calculator to let visitors estimate their system size in seconds. A “How We Work” process section, multiple call-to-action banners, and a redesigned footer with direct contact options rounded out a site built to convert.
Problems
Before the redesign, Queenshine Electricals‘ website wasn’t communicating the full breadth and credibility of the business. In an industry where customers are making a significant financial decision and often feel overwhelmed by technical jargon and competing quotes, the site needed to work much harder to build immediate trust — through visible licensing, accreditation, and social proof — before a visitor would ever pick up the phone.
The previous site also lacked a clear, scannable breakdown of Queenshine’s expanding service list, which now spans solar panels, inverters, battery storage, EV chargers, air conditioning, and general electrical contracting. Without a strong visual hierarchy, potential customers had no easy way to quickly find the specific service they needed. There was also no interactive tool to help visitors self-qualify their needs — something increasingly expected in the solar industry, where customers want a fast, low-commitment way to estimate costs or system size before requesting a formal quote. Finally, the site needed clearer, more prominent calls-to-action throughout, rather than relying on visitors to find contact information themselves.
Solutions
Results
The redesigned Queenshine Electricals website now positions the company as a credible, established authority in Queensland’s solar and electrical space — leading with trust signals, licensing, and social proof rather than burying them in the footer. With a clearer service structure, an interactive ROI calculator, and stronger calls-to-action throughout, the new site is built to convert more of its visitors into qualified leads and phone calls, supporting Queenshine’s continued growth across the state.
